How do I receive my guide after purchasing?

All PlaybookLiving guides are instant digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your file directly from your order confirmation page. No waiting, no shipping.

What format are the guides in?

All guides are delivered as PDF files, which open on virtually any device — iPhone, Android, iPad, laptop, or desktop.

What app do I need to read a PDF?

Most devices open PDFs natively. On iPhone/iPad, use the Books or Files app. On Android, use Google Drive or any PDF reader. On a computer, use your browser, Adobe Acrobat, or Preview (Mac). All free.

Can I read the guide offline?

Yes. Once downloaded, your PDF is saved to your device and can be read without an internet connection.

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first — order emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Can I download the guide more than once?

Yes. Your download link supports multiple downloads so you can access your guide on different devices.

Refunds & Policies

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from opening your guide, contact us and we'll make it right.

I purchased the wrong guide. Can I exchange it?

If you haven't downloaded the file yet, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll arrange an exchange.
